My motto is "Life begins outside your comfort zone..." for so many reasons, many of which I go into detail on my About Me page.  But for the purpose of this page, I want you to always be cognizant of "comfort or efficiency".  You see, your body adapts quite easily into a routine, whether it be an activity/exercise or diet.  So when you start breathing easier doing your 5k run or you can easily bench press a given weight for 15 reps for more than a week straight, your body has become efficient at that activity and will no longer provide the same benefit as it did when you first started.  So, that means, yup, time to get out of that comfort zone and kick it up a notch.

Beginners - Look no further.  I am going to focus on basic exercises primarily intended for the obese or those who have limited mobility.
